2. Inquiries via forms, email and telephone
When you fill out one of our forms (contact, parties, Christmas party and New Year's Eve) or write or call us, we process the information you provide us - typically name, email, telephone number, desired date, number of guests and your message.
Purpose: To respond to your inquiry, provide you with an offer, and plan and carry out your visit or event.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (measures prior to and performance of an agreement with you) and (f) (our legitimate interest in being able to respond to inquiries).
The forms are sent as email to the restaurant via an email service that the website uses to deliver emails.
3. Table booking
Table reservations are made via DinnerBooking. When you book a table, your information (e.g. name, telephone, email, number of guests and time) is registered in DinnerBooking's system, which processes it on behalf of the restaurant. The purpose is to reserve and manage your table.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) (fulfillment of the agreement regarding your reservation).
4. Cookies, statistics and marketing
The website uses necessary cookies to make the site work, and – only if you consent – cookies for statistics and marketing. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, Google Analytics for statistics and Google Ads to measure and target advertising. Until you have given consent, they are loaded in a state without cookies (Google Consent Mode).
Legal basis: Your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) and the Cookie Order. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via cookie settings.

5. Google Maps and social media
A Google Maps map may be displayed on some pages. The map will only be loaded after you have given your consent. Links to Instagram and Facebook will take you to the respective services, where their own privacy policies apply.
6. Technical operation and safety
When you visit the website, our web hotel records technical information such as IP address, browser type and time in server logs. This is done to operate and protect the website, cf. Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
7. Recipients and data processors
We never sell your information. We use the following types of suppliers (data processors) who may only process the information on our instructions:
- Web hosting and website operation
- Email service for delivering form emails
- DinnerBooking (table reservation)
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Maps – with consent only)
Google may transfer information to the United States. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long do we store the information?
We store your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected – for example, until your inquiry is answered or your event is held and concluded. Information included in accounting materials is stored for 5 years in accordance with the rules of the Danish Accounting Act. Cookies are stored for the period stated in the cookie policy.
9. Your rights
According to the Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- insight into the information we process about you
- to have incorrect information corrected
- to have information deleted
- to have treatment limited
- data portability
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- to withdraw consent – it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal

10. Complaint

11. Changes
We may update this privacy policy, for example if we introduce new tools. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
