What does the Christmas menu consist of?
Starter: carpaccio of beef fillet with parmesan, arugula and truffle oil. Main course: marinated wild boar roast braised for 3 hours in red wine sauce, served with truffle sauce, oven-roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Dessert: homemade tiramisu.
